Mr. Kalyanjit Hatibaruah is an accomplished technology management professional with diverse experience in technology and consulting across multidisciplinary domains. He is a well-known public speaker on Web3, Metaverse, Artificial Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Startups Ecosystem, Angel Investing and its adoption in different Business Schools, Universities and Corporates.
He is the Chairman of Flugelsoft Group, which comprises a portfolio of companies in different tech and management domains. Mr. Hatibaruah holds a BTech degree in Electronics & Communication from NIT Kurukshetra, Haryana, and an MBA from Pune University.

He has extensive experience in different technology stacks, starting from Ecommerce, Distributed Applications, AI/ML, and Web3. He is recognized as a pioneer in Blockchain Applications and is involved as an Advisor or Lead Tech teams in various Financial Projects related to Blockchain / Tokenization.
Mr. Hatibaruah is an Angel Investor in Mumbai Angels, associated with numerous Startup Incubators/Accelerators as Mentor and is well connected with the VC Network. He takes workshops and has a number of courses to his credit on diverse topics both online/offline and in University courses.
He is also a mentor for the startup incubation programs at T-Hub, Nirmaan - IIT Madras, IIMK LIVE - IIM Kozhikode, STPI - Gurgaon & Pune, India Accelerator, Jagriti Enterprise Centre Purvanchal - Deoria and European Incubators primarily in Web3, AI, Metaverse, Blockchain, Deeptech, Health Tech and the latest emerging technologies. He mentors/invests in many startups in the incubation and G2M strategies.

He runs a podcast - "Web3 Unleashed" in partnership with Pod One Entertainment, available on all major podcast platforms. His Entrepreneurial journey began in 1999 with diversified experiences of success and failures.
Besides technology, he is involved in Engineering Projects, Sports Management, Real Estate and Films. He has acted in commercial films and has been associated with the production of films and ad films.

He was a Judge at the Smart India Hackathon 2022-2023 for the Hardware and Software Edition under Ministry of Education, Govt of India. He is also invited as a Judge for different Hackathons of National and International Repute including India International Science Festivals.
He is invited as a Judge/VC in Technology and Management events Pan India including Central/State Universities and IIT's/IIM's/AIIMS as well as in global meets.
